Shipping is free on every Roamway Haven order, and every parcel is sent with tracking.
Free shipping
There is no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery: nothing.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been processed.
Delivery time
After processing, most orders are delivered within 7 to 11 days. These are estimates, not guarantees: some orders take longer depending on the item, where it ships from, where you live, and busy periods such as holidays. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us before ordering.
Where your order ships from
Orders ship from Australia, the USA or an overseas supplier, depending on the product and stock availability. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking your delivery
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away so we can fix it before your order is processed.
